Drawings:
1] There will be a drawing held once each month, beginning on the first day of the month and ending on the last day of each month.
2] Drawings will continue to be held until we run out of art, or we decide to end the free drawing contests.
Requirements:
1] You must supply first name, last name and a valid email address to enter.
2]
A valid, primary email address is required; as registered with your Internet Service Provider, or an email address belonging to your registered domain name.
3] You must agree to having your name, city and comments published as a winner on smollin.com website if you do win one of the drawings. Your name will not be published if you do not win one of the drawings.
Restrictions:
1]
You may only enter once per month - Once for each drawing.
2] There are no age restrictions.
3] Your mailing address must be in the United States.
Winner Notifications:
1] Winners will be selected at random.
2] Winners will be
notified by email the day of the actual drawing, which will take place on the last day of each month.
3] Winners must reply to the winning notification with a mailing address where the prize will be sent.
4] If we do not receive an email reply from the initial winner within seven days acknowledging receipt of winning notification, another name will be drawn as the next winner of the drawing, and the initial winner forfeits any claim for the prize, and will not hold smollin.com liable for any obligations assumed, or imagined.
5] A list of winners will be posted on the "winners" page of smollin.com.
Prizes:
1] Each Drawing will alternate artwork prizes; either an original painting, limited edition print, or poster.
2] Prizes will be mailed to the winner within seven business days, provided the winner has responded to our email notification described above.
3] Smollin.com provides no warrantee, or guarantee about the nature of the prize; its longevity under unpredictable circumstances; your safety, or the safety of people viewing it in your home or office. |
